About Us

GUESTS AT THE WOOD WILL HAVE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE B&B. THIS INCLUDES USE OF A SPACIOUS LOUNGE, DECORATED TO THE HIGHEST STANDARD WITH A NEWLY INSTALLED WOOD BURNING STOVE, A SUITABLY EQUIPPED KITCHENETTE, SHOWER ROOM, DOUBLE-BEDROOM AND SPACIOUS CONSERVATORY. WIFI IS ALSO AVAILABLE AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.

The Wood, a licensed short-term let location,  is situated off the main street in Bridge of Weir with an acre of woodland gardens to enjoy. Guests will have parking at the door, their own entrance and both the bedroom and lounge are fitted with TVs.

We are situated close to two excellent golf courses in Old Ranfurly and Ranfurly Castle which recently hosted the Scottish Area Team Championships in May 2014. Both courses are open to visitors of all abilities. The local area has many amenities including an excellent restaurant and a popular Cafe/Bistro.

Breakfast will be provided in the lounge area and a selection of Scottish produce will be on offer. Breakfast will be cooked by owner Raine, a trained cordon bleu chef. Dinner is also available by request.
